Instead of looking for work; why not start a business?

I see so many post about employment. do you know we are pacted with soo many skills and abilities. you have been taking orders all of you life. why not take those skills and be your own boss and fulfill your dreams in life.

That's a good point, SSgt Donnie West, and I recall from my ACAP sessions that certain franchises offer incentives (or special deals) to military members who are separating. That seems like a good way to get started in one's own business. Franchises may be somewhat expensive, but with the incentives, they may be within our reach.

If you work a job you get a paycheck for the hours worked. If you open a business you might not be able to pay yourself. If you are not set up to take the risk then it is difficult to jump on that one.

Some of us, myself included, are not wired for business ownership. Some are good in charge, some are good enacting others demands and some are just good at doing.
