SGT Blade Davenport8804851

Looking for info on these mos's so I can decide on what I want to voluntarily reclass to before my window. What's the day-to-day life, progression, and workload looking like these days for these jobs? I'm a SGT promotable with 9 years in. current mos 91s points have been maxed for past few years so looking to also reclass to progress at a decent rate since I plan on trying to retire. At least as a E7. Thanks for any info.Where can I find out more information on 12T, 68T, and 14G (day-to-day life, progression, and workload)?2024-07-05T06:18:42-04:00SGT Blade Davenport8804851

Looking for info on these mos's so I can decide on what I want to voluntarily reclass to before my window. Use the following search function and replace XX with the MOS you're looking for: MOS "XX" army site:youtube.com

So for 12T, it would be: MOS "12T" army site:youtube.com

● Explore the Army's Career Progression Plan for each MOS. Do a search for the MOS plus "Career Progression Plan". I.e.: 12T "Career Progression Plan"

● Look at the G-1's Smartbook (DA Pam 611-21)* for addition information on each MOS.

● Go to the Army's Center of Excellence for each MOS and look at the various guides, manual, blocks of instruction, etc. For example, the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence* is for schoolhouse for 12Ts.

● Make sure you go to the OSD COOL (Credentialing Opportunities On-Line) site* to get an overview of the various certifications, related civilian occupations, etc.
---------------------------------
* OSD COOL MOS search - https://www.cool.osd.mil/army/moc/index.html?nav=mos
* Maneuver Support CoE - https://home.army.mil/wood/units-tenants/USAES
* DA Pam 611-21 - The Army Publishing Directorate keeps the updated copy on MilSuite. Either way, it appears that all you need to do is show up, breathe and you will get promoted as a 12T

But unless something has changed, it is my understanding that if you reclass you lose your Promotable Status.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 7 at 2024 5:41 PM2024-07-07T17:41:12-04:002024-07-07T17:41:12-04:002024-07-05T06:18:42-04:00
