No problem..

I was in the Army but I learned The Halls of Montezuma when I was in elementary school and it kicks ass. I have often wished that I joined them instead, but my dad was in the Army, so I followed his lead.

I'm with GySgt Wayne A. Ekblad on this one. I will cast a vote for the second best hymn. My opinion is the Air Force. Great melody and lyrics plus my Dad was career AF so that is a head nod to him too.

"Anchors Aweigh!" Maybe, I'm showing a little bias (married a squid). What other branch's hymn speaks to raising drinks, going to sea, and coming home? --Probably the drinking part hooked me. Plus, they're our "sister service" and the only other Hymn that still makes me pop to.

Honestly, I served in the Army, but have always loved the Marine Corps Hymn. It was the first, and in my opinion, is the best.

Marines. Never will get the song out of my head. Stepfather was a Marine but that had nothing to do with it. Just plane catchy song to me.

The Marine Corps Hymn is the only other branch I know. I actually learned that song when I was quite young.
