We routinely share information that only two decades ago would&#39;ve been considered highly private, sensitive and thus been well-guarded.<br /><br />It&#39;s probably not &quot;paranoid&quot; to suggest that in part, this is the eventual goal of introducing such platforms at large...beyond the obvious profitability thereof. I do hope that Opsec in the military still exist as it cost lives when it does not. My personal info on a few social media site such as Facebook is either very vague, general, misleading, or slightly false for my family&#39;s protection. My number is not linked to my account either. I do have a public video library on my FB called, Rants from a Veteran which is family friendly. Service members, veterans, individuals working for the government in some capacity must be careful of what they post.
