If I make it through RASP, what can I expect in a Ranger battalion as a 25S?

Im in ait as a 25 S and have an opt 40 contract. I know this is probably a dumb question but i wanna know if im going to be doing hooah shit or just sitting at a desk all day

Probably find out once you get there….I know anxiety kills…No on ground POC to ask these questions?

You'll be doing your job. If you wanted to do "Hooah" shit you should have picked another MOS. With that said you will still be doing very important work.... as a 25S. Supporting the battalion as a whole. Just going to the battalion will not change what job you do in the Army

You’ll be performing your job. You picked a Comm MOS so you’ll be doing comm stuff. Being in Ranger Regiment would certainly present some opportunities you may not see elsewhere but just focus on one thing at a time. Get through AIT and focus on getting through RASP
