Im curious because ive been seeing it a lot lately with females in uniform, are fake eyelashes authorized while in uniform?

Eyelash extensions are not authorized unless medically prescribed. Per AR 670-1 in section 3-1, mentioned on page 6 at the bottom

Not to be persnickety about the wording (but it's where loopholes are found) fake eyelashes and extensions are two different things. Fake eyelashes are not a permanent treatment, I would akin them to acrylic nails that are in regulation. Fake lashes can be put on and off at home. Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent treatment you have to get done professionally. Granted I don't do either because they're a pain and expensive but there is a difference.

Acrylic nails last about 2 to 3 weeks, and must be kept up, or your nails get ruined. As a nurse, we are not allowed to have acrylics or "any fake fingernails ". And they, too, are expensive to keep up. I'm pretty low maintenance because of that!!

Female Soldiers will soon be authorized to wear earrings with their ACU. Earrings can either be screw-on, clip-on, or post-type earrings in gold, silver, or diamond and must be unadorned and spherical without exceeding 6 mm or 1/4 inch in diameter.
Pearl earrings are not authorized with the ACU, Sanders said. Females are currently authorized to wear earrings when wearing their service, dress, mess, and evening mess uniforms.
