SPC Private RallyPoint Member 5476726 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I read that the most was 6 months. I have been flagged and the investigation is over. I am just waiting to talk to the BC but I have passed my DEROS date by two months and they just put in another IFSTE. Once the BC talks to me will I be able to get my old orders back? IFSTE will be put in for the second time that will reach month 4. How many times can an IFSTE be put in? 2020-01-23T22:06:22-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 5476726 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I read that the most was 6 months. It will take an act of god to get them back. You will most likely be put as needs of the army Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 23 at 2020 10:20 PM 2020-01-23T22:20:03-05:00 2020-01-23T22:20:03-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 5477094 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They can only put you on the same orders if they had the same report date, which they don&#39;t because you passed the previous report date.<br />If you reenlisted for a specific assignment, were investigated, cleared of the investigation, found at no fault and the commander will write a memo stating that you were never at fault and should have never been flagged - then you can request your previous location again. It won&#39;t be the same orders and probably won&#39;t be the same unit. If you are able to renegotiate it, you will be limited to what the Army has with report dates close to your current DEROS.<br />If your investigation closed unfavorably, you were found at fault or punished in any way, even a suspended sentence, you will have to work your assignment through your branch manager Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 24 at 2020 1:51 AM 2020-01-24T01:51:32-05:00 2020-01-24T01:51:32-05:00 2020-01-23T22:06:22-05:00
