I am just waiting to talk to the BC but I have passed my DEROS date by two months and they just put in another IFSTE. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Once flagged, you will lose the orders you were presently on. It will take an act of god to get them back. You will most likely be put as needs of the army

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They can only put you on the same orders if they had the same report date, which they don&#39;t because you passed the previous report date.<br />If you reenlisted for a specific assignment, were investigated, cleared of the investigation, found at no fault and the commander will write a memo stating that you were never at fault and should have never been flagged - then you can request your previous location again. It won&#39;t be the same orders and probably won&#39;t be the same unit. If you are able to renegotiate it, you will be limited to what the Army has with report dates close to your current DEROS.<br />If your investigation closed unfavorably, you were found at fault or punished in any way, even a suspended sentence, you will have to work your assignment through your branch manager
