If you were in charge (SMA,SgtMajMC,MCPON,CMSAF, or MPCO-CG) what would you do to better your Branch?

and the worst of it all is that they are always changing the styles not realizing the inconvenience for the Sailor not the mention the cost. Frustrating.

1st. Get rid of the ABU (Airmen Battle Uniform), Force all officer workers to wear their Blues daily. Get rid of the Polo and Khikis for Fitness Center Airmen. Get rid of the sleeve rank on the battle unifrorms and conform to the other services' dress. Re evaluate the Air Force's Fit 2 Fight program and most likely pick up the Navy's Fitness Test. Not allow any Enlisted members to wear Flight Suits unless they were going to be operating in or around an Air Craft on that day (or conducting Security Operations). Make the Morale Shirt Friday (or whenever the hell it is) work and most likely expand it... at the Unit Commander's expense. Not allow any Units to re create or expand on Uniform regulations; like not permiting Airmen to wear their Fleece Jackets indoors, not allowing personnel to take off their blouses if their work centers are hot). Make the "Every Airman is a Sensor" attage come true and force it to work which would also force the Air Force to adopt the UCMC core on Rifle Marksmanship skills.
