Well that is am ethical situation. Would you enforce regulations or look the other way. If they are your soldiers, it is your responsibility to handle the situation. Right or wrong you will have to answer to someone in the future if there is a bigger issue.

Probably...counseling...just to make sure the know the regulation 2nd ill make sure they are in different squads, platoon,battery or company..depending on the situation...if the behavior continues..we going to adjust fire to hadle the problem

If it did not violate the Fraternization policy or a Command Directive, and the personnel involved maintained their professionalism in the work center, then I could care less.

Check the current Army regulations and unit policies. No violations, leave them alone.
