Not every place does an in person brief any longer, but every MPD requires the documents they send to you in the levy packet.<br /><br />Your Soldier with the Q Course date must contact Mr Beltre and request a later course date. It doesn&#39;t even require a 4187, and his branch couldn&#39;t defer it anyway. The class start date drives the report date, so after the class date is changed Mr Beltre will change the report date
