The FCC approved robust rules of the road for the Internet on Thursday, a move that supporters believe will prevent conglomerates from consolidating control over the flow of online content, but that critics characterize as a huge regulatory overreach.

Not sure how I really feel about this as each side paints a different picture. For example- One side it's about the little guy and his/her Internet bill. Otherside say it is about large corporations being able to buy there way to high connectivity while those that can't pay end up with the equalivent to a high speed dial up. I would like to see the bill and read it for myself. Oh that's right we have to pass it before we can read it or know what's in it
I prefer to make my own decisions based on facts. Unfortunately the truth is skewed by which side of the political issue a party stands on and not the facts. That said I usually err on the side of the individual being in the best position to decide for themselves rather than the government knowing what is best for me.
Think I will look up the bill and read it for myself rather than letting a pundit or politician give me their slat.Response by CSM Mark Gerecht made Feb 27 at 2015 9:58 AM2015-02-27T09:58:38-05:002015-02-27T09:58:38-05:002015-02-27T09:36:26-05:00
