As expressed below, restating your question should yield more useful answers. The assumption is that the linked consulting firm is quoting you a 90% success rate and you want to know from RP members if you "buy what they are selling" and hire veterans for the positive attributes they bring to the work force.

Absolutely. I would hire a veteran with the correct skill set over any civilian with an advanced skill set. There are basic skills that a person learns in the military that can't really be taught in the civilian world.
