Stewart I was informed that due strictly to medical issues one cannot be prevented from attending the board. Sadly due to an accident that has left my back a mess, I had to go through the Medical Evaluation Board and am no longer able to pass a flight physical. I guess it depends on when I was being asked. I went into the army in 1985 when the DI's could still motivate you if needed and got out when "don't ask, don't tell" was abolished. I don't have anything against LGBT people, but why does everyone have to know they are? Last I remember fraternization is against the UCMJ so why would I have to know if a male or female co-worker likes me sexually or not? The other is cus i turned in two of my soldiers for sexually assaulting another. Of course it all went under a rug some where and i got marked as the bad guy.. I miss my soldiers and i miss the life. But i will never trust the military again. My health had started failing & I was severely disgruntled. I think it really has something to do with being in what I call the "dis-functional" part of the army (non-divisional) for so long. Now, I'm 80% disabled.
