It would have to be President James Madison. I would love to have a conversation with him on the Constitution.

I've had the privilege of meeting Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, & Reagan. I almost ran into President Carter while he was visiting Ft Sam Houston - which the secret service was just thrilled about and I had the honor of meeting President's Nixon, Ford, and Reagan in the White House.

I'd like to meet Abraham Lincoln. I find that period of history particularly interesting and I'd enjoy listening to his thoughts about the challenges facing the nation at the time.

My first choice would be President Lincoln, because he was such a pivotal figure in our nation's history. Second choice would be President Kennedy. I was about six years old when he was assassinated, but I remember the day it happened. I like some of the things he had to say about giving back to our country, and he has become a larger than life person for me. (I guess most U.S. Presidents are larger than life, but you know what I mean.)

George Washington; the man who could have been king. This man set so many unwritten rules for both presidents and American military officers. A man who also truly appreciated and abided by the Constitution.

I would like to have a few hours with Obama. Just me and him. I want question him relentlessly on Benghazi and other scandals. i think I could have him trying to find the door after a few minutes. I want to see if he really is as stupid and heartless as I suspect he is.

The closest I can come to "meeting" a President is having worked a security post alongside Secret Service for President Bush (43). Of course that was funny, because it was a very young USSS agent and we were at our Base. I told him not to be surprised if the limo stopped to say hello. He got a WEE bit antsy at that, and then his supervisor came over on checks. Supervisor was a friend of mine (new guy did not realize I was joking-because to him I was just some random military guy) and that put him at ease. I do believe that I could have sent him for a yard of flight line LOL.
