I would make the electoral college a popular vote required vote by district, not state.

very close runner up for me would be to eliminate the tax exempt status of churches and ANY organization that engages in political activity.

The government must first apply the rules to themselves. No one is above the law. The laws that are passed by Congress and enforced by the President must apply to the Congress and the President.

In light of previous news; That any person who violates a law or discloses classified information to any person, device or any way that is not safeguarded to be on a secured level, should be held accountable and prosecuted; NO MATTER THE STATUS OF THE PERSON.

Winner take all in the electoral college, split the votes by the individual elections that happen in the states, the winner of those elections win the electoral vote

I'd get rid of city traffic gridlock with one simple law. Just change the law so that if you are in the intersection when the light turns red the accident is your fault. So you pull out and block the cross traffic, they can hit you and your insurance pays for the damage. Wouldn't take too many hits and people would stop blocking traffic.
