Tony Stark. Not as much for having the coolest high tech exo-skeletal cool suit, but I'd like to have the world as mine for the taking for simply being a narcissistic, all-knowing, uber-macho techno genius! I'd like to experience that just for a few days to know what it's like!

I expect that my responses may be somewhat unique and quirky SGT Private RallyPoint Member :-)
From the real world I would choose to be either Sergeant York who fought in WWI or Lt Audie Murphy who fought in WWII.
As far as fictional Super Heroes my favorite from my childhood would be either Secret Squirrel of cartoon fame of Green Lantern. Later in life Wonder warthog from R. Crumb underground comics got my attention.

Probably Deadpool. Dude knows how to have fun, and never takes life too seriously.

Early Speedball was also a good example of this, although his life took a fairly dramatic (and depressing) turn later in his career. Plus his power was nicely bizarre.
