An E-6 who had a run of the mill E-6 career should not get the same award as an O-6 or even E-9 would receive for having a normal career for their rank. Same thing with and EOT. I would not expect to get the same award level as an O-5, well, to be honest, I would never EXPECT to receive an award.<br /><br />If someone does something extraordinary in their career then that should increase the EOC award.
