If you are an E-6, and do the green to gold program do you come out as an 2lt or a 1lt?

Also if you have no college credit can you do green to gold, in 2 years with normal pay?

2LT, and no you can not do 2 year option if you have no college credits.

You can only do two years if you already have two years of college and you do the non scholarship option or the Active Duty option.

2LT. For pay purposes you still get credit for the years you served. If you have more than 4 yrs of AD enlisted time you also come in as an O-1E, which is a nice little bump in pay.
