"<br />Your saying they do not address this?<br />It was a tested substance when I retired Dec 31 2013, It was a substance a commander could request be tested for on a command directed UA, it is a substance CID actively investigates.<br /><br />Your post almost implies, steroid use is an accepted norm or actually encouraged..
