I'd need to see what the legal decision is on applying Posse Comitatus. I'd expect we'd hit the reject button on going after civilians as a group. I thought France might after the ISIS attacks in Paris, but so far no one has.<br />If the solution winds up being military-run Dislocated Civilian Camps, we'd be much better served setting them up as close to Syria as possible.
