She is non-command sponsored and does not have a green card. Is it still possible for her to PCS with me without a green card? We are currently trying to obtain one but the immigration office in Korea is closing soon, so it'll be extremely difficult for her to get one before PCS.If my Korean spouse does not have a green card, can she come with me when I PCS to Germany?2019-03-28T02:41:51-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member4491337<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am 6 months from PCS to Germany. The process is very involved. She will not be allowed on the ground if you do not complete the process. You need to go to your S1 immediately and get started. I have had many acquaintance over the years that had to PCS without there spouse because they failed to get the paperwork straight. You may have an option to defer. Extend in country and get command sponsorship. Do whatever you have to do, but do it right. Thank you for your service.Response by CSM Darieus ZaGara made Mar 28 at 2019 4:30 AM2019-03-28T04:30:33-04:002019-03-28T04:30:33-04:00MAJ Javier Rivera4491599<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You need to get your A game! All of her paperwork should stated the day after you got married. Like stated, get with your S1 immediately and get her affairs straight. Your Leadership should brought that up when you told them of your intent of marrying a local national.Response by MAJ Javier Rivera made Mar 28 at 2019 7:14 AM2019-03-28T07:14:04-04:002019-03-28T07:14:04-04:002019-03-28T02:41:51-04:00
