I am not saying it should take days but don't expect it to happen instantly. If he needs it quickly, would he take a scanned copy of the flag transfer?Response by 1SG Mike Case made May 18 at 2017 12:14 PM2017-05-18T12:14:24-04:002017-05-18T12:14:24-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member2579357<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Without all of the details, all I can say is: While you are in the initial process you are not eligible to transfer. You have now entered the punishment phase of the action and can be transferred. Bottom line is that you are still flagged until you get through the punishment phase.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 18 at 2017 12:14 PM2017-05-18T12:14:34-04:002017-05-18T12:14:34-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member2579789<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Code H, while transferrable, means that you are in the punishment phase. You would not be changing units until that is adjudicated anyway unless confinement is in your future.<br />This FLAG will be lifted once any punishment has been served.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made May 18 at 2017 2:09 PM2017-05-18T14:09:32-04:002017-05-18T14:09:32-04:002017-05-18T12:05:52-04:00
