If I've transferred meps facilities does the original meps keep my file and send a copy or do they send the original?

SSG (Join to see) I have and this recruiter said I'm dq that that's the end of it I don't understand how it even happened and the recruiter is clueless about it and doesn't seem to care like I said I've never been diagnosed there's nothing about it in my medical records there was supposed to be a consult scheduled but somehow when I transferred that consult somehow ended up turning into oh I have a billateral tremor which isn't true which is why a consult was supposed to be scheduled because there's no record of my hands shaking and never been diagnosed and thank you for the reply btw
