Look in Da pam 670-1 in should be explained. Not sure why this seems to be a popular opinion. It was also common to see people with both an expert badge and a sharpshooter or marksman badge if they qualified at different levels on different weapons. I wore an expert badge and a sharpshooter badge with two bars on each. I actually qualified with six weapons but left off two bars because it didn&#39;t look even with four on one and two on the other. That way, you can be better appraised when this question is posed by one of your Soldiers...once you throw on some stripes. Quick question for you...Would you, personally, wear Rifle, Pistol, Bayonet, Grenade, and Missle if you were qualified? It looks horrible ...just sayin. However your command may dictate that you be required to display them separately.
