My question is if I put in a packet would I stand a chance to be looked at?If I put in a packet to change my MOS to 17C, without having my associates, would I stand a chance?2019-07-24T04:41:17-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member4842473<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As of right now I do not have my associates, I saw that the 17C MOS has a required entry of a associates and two certifications. You're probably reading the portion under ACASP which allows civilians to join the Army with certain skills and bypass AIT plus receive an advanced promotion.<br />MOS 17C is an application, meaning you have to apply to the MOS and receive an acceptance letter.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 25 at 2019 5:54 PM2019-07-25T17:54:16-04:002019-07-25T17:54:16-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member5596846<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not sure where you saw said requirements, but I had no such prerequisites when I applied. Accepted after about 6 wks. Fast forward a couple years after awaiting adjudication of the clearance, and I'm graduating JCAC ahead of plenty of folks with such pieces of paper as you describe. The line scores on the other hand... I'm not aware of them ever being waived.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 24 at 2020 10:15 PM2020-02-24T22:15:38-05:002020-02-24T22:15:38-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member5691679<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I got accepted last year without a degree. That being said, I had a lot of college towards a bachelors plus experience in the field. You can get in without it, but you need to be competitive somehow.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 23 at 2020 6:49 AM2020-03-23T06:49:01-04:002020-03-23T06:49:01-04:002019-07-24T04:41:17-04:00
