If I'm on PCS leave can I still move in on post housing in Fort Drum then continue my leave with family in Georgia?

Yes, provided they have housing available. You should be using leave, or PTDY, to move into new housing anyway. The army expects you to move during leave and be at work full time once leave is over, not moving. You just have to make sure you have enough leave accrued and approved to do both.

Leave is leave. It's up to you what you do during it.

Ask for 10 days of PTDY on your leave form.. Contact housing beforehand and get on the waiting list.. If you get on-post housing right away then you'll get the approved 10 days to situate your family.. Contact the gaining unit first and housing.

Yes. have you linked up with your gaining unit already? So long as they have housing you should be good to go. In fact I recommend it so that once your leave ends you are ready for work.
