Korea requires 6 months on your ETS date from when you return CONUS. That means your ETS must be 7 months past your DEROS. You will receive assignment instructions no later than 6 months prior to your DEROS once you arrive in Korea. Korea is a 1 year tour unaccompanied, so your DEROS will be 12 months after arrival.
