If I go to Ft. Eustis as a Sergeant, E5, What would I be doing? I dont think i can go to the school house due to lack of experience.

SGT King, that is a good question/concern to have. I would advise that you get a hold of your branch manager to find out for sure at this point in your career if you were to request Ft Eustis. You may be headed to the school house to instruct unless there is a permanent party unit there with your job.

Sgt. King, it doesn't matter if you are experienced or not, Me, I am an NCO for almost 1.5 years and everyday Im still learning. You have to call your branch manager and you said you are going to a school house? Call your branch if you can bargain with them whatever is best for you. Ive been to Fort Eustis since 2010 and ive been moved around plus 1 deployment . Im in Korea right now for a year (just arrived) and all I can say Fort Eustis is nice but of course its different units. Let your branch Mgr talk with you what you want best
