If I ETS, and return to Service years later, is my P2 Profile still valid?

I have still been plagued with knee problems. Do Permanent Profiles expire with with my previous contract or does it still exist and I just need to reach out to my Old Medical Records to get a copy of it?

Permanent profiles expire every 5 years. If you go to a VA Clinic they can update it with a note from your primary care manager (doctor). hope this helps.

To be honest, I don't think you will be allowed back in if you have a P2 profile when you get out.
