If given a counseling on getting a legal binding document within xx days on the weekend. Is that not allowing sm ample Time for said task?

I got a counseling on a Friday that I need proof of residence by Sunday. I was in the process of moving in with a friend the entire weekend, as I am married. I completed the move in by Saturday the 9th. The counseling states that I needed proof of residence by Sunday mar 10th . Notarized etc. with no printer, very little time, managing everything else. I will now be receiving a negative counseling for not providing this document.
My squad leader did not offer any help on producing any document online, a resource to print etc. The time allotted on this was unmanageable. Can be done within a 3-5 day work weeek. I am wondering if any counselings made with insufficient time/goals that are unreasonable & that you fail are they worthy of a counseling? My plt is trying to produce multiple negative counselings as quick as possible. I even clicked disagree on the box, not that this matters much? Any help or word on this would be appreciated as I’ve been trying to keep a straight line but with this going on it’s making it hard?

Correction the counseling was given on the 7th a Thursday at end of day. Not even moved out of the other place I was staying at.

Print a document at the public library. Have it notarized at the bank. If you’re moving out of the barracks on Friday, having proof of residence by the end of the weekend isn’t unreasonable.

You can get a photo to PDF app on your phone. You can email a file to Kinkos, Office Depot, or office max for printing and pick up. You can also make copies in person there. You can bring the original and make a copy/PDF at the company when you drop it off. They don't have to give you anything.

Considering it's Tuesday, kind of missed the boat You either have these documents or you don't.

Yes, that is ample time. You are an NCO, and there is a reason you're not telling the entire story as to why the unit wanted a lease (residency is your home of record, or place you plan to return to upon separation from service as some people change their residency for tax purposes), and why you wouldn't be able to provide a lease for a place you are moving into.
Further, your claim that the platoon just wants to build up a number of negative counseling statements also leads an experienced person to infer there is more going on than you being required to provide a lease.
Whatever the underlying issue or issues is/are is what you should address.
