If elected President with Trump "Tone Down" his demeanor as POTUS?

What are your thoughts RP Members? Will he change if elected or will he be the same brash and outspoken individual that he is today?

Will he bring together one of the most promising cabinets the United States has seen or will it be business as usual with Trump?

What do you think? I'll share my opinion after the responses!

No, I think he is too narcissistic and petty. He has shown that his entire life. Why would a billionaire waste the time and effort to get into petty arguments with the likes of Rosie O'Donnell. That just does not make sense to me. I have heard over and over again how President Obama is a dictator in this country, although I do not support that belief. You have not seen dictatorial actions if Trump is elected President. I just hate to think of someone with his personality having his finger on the Nuclear trigger.

I would expect Donald Trump to tone down somewhat in public COL Mikel J. Burroughs. However in private I expect he is much more thoughtful in the way he talks with his inner circle of business associates. I would expect him to be forceful when dealing with the leaders of other nations. If he is elected as POTUS I expect he would be much closer to Ronal Reagan in determination as opposed to our current POTUS.

I tend to agree with you; however, I did not view him as a real candidate until recently. I had thought that he was show boating. It says something disturbing about the electorate that such a bombastic, in-your-face manager would actually win primaries. He may still kill his campaign by an altercation with some public figure, but his tirade with the Pope somehow did not kill his candidacy. I believe that in the past Trump would never have gotten this far so it must be a reaction against the present administration.

SSgt Robert Marx - You are right S/GT. For to many years it has been business as usually. If someone come in with a business sense and runs this country, maybe will will see some change. We had our chance with Rommney but to many Liberal wanted all their freebiees

Can't say but Jackie was beautiful and smart. I can't see Trump marry a dumb blonde. But potus does not have a beautiful or smart wife. Just saying,

SSgt Robert Marx - Well the reason you have the many conservative splits and factions (tea party, etc) is because the man-in-the-street is tired of not getting anything. Go to any of those see-how-they-vote websites. There are no true conservatives or liberals anymore. The voting public is tired of it. Tho not too tired as they still allow the electoral college, but I digress...
