I highly doubt he's going to enter the field of special education after this, and even then, he'd probably abandon the students mid-lecture. Pass. Not the kind of educator I'm looking to connect with.

There would be a couple reasons why I would decline the LinkedIn request....
1. While he has not been found guilty, I still feel that he Deserted during wartime.
2. When I think of LinkedIn, I think of people that I can help/can help me with professional networking. MANY of my contacts are in the medical field, those that are not, are leaders that I respect (most of them are military). What would HE bring to the table?

Nope. Don't need baggage like that hanging around.
