<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>High quality coffee? How about people on food service duty actually make the coffee correctly and keep the equipment clean and sanitized. Nothing worse than a food service attendant not measuring the coffee and water properly or a coffee maker that is nasty.<br />And it does not matter if your paying $100 a pound for the coffee if its not made properly and the equipment not maintained properly then its going to taste like garbage.<br />I remember the early 1980's when we were still using the muslin cloth filters, if you didn't rinse the starch out with hot water then your coffee would taste like crap.<br />Just make the coffee right and keep the equipment clean.
