How about people on food service duty actually make the coffee correctly and keep the equipment clean and sanitized. Nothing worse than a food service attendant not measuring the coffee and water properly or a coffee maker that is nasty.
And it does not matter if your paying $100 a pound for the coffee if its not made properly and the equipment not maintained properly then its going to taste like garbage.
I remember the early 1980's when we were still using the muslin cloth filters, if you didn't rinse the starch out with hot water then your coffee would taste like crap.
Just make the coffee right and keep the equipment clean.Response by PO1 Glenn Boucher made Mar 5 at 2016 12:22 PM2016-03-05T12:22:59-05:002016-03-05T12:22:59-05:002016-03-04T16:03:17-05:00
