That can't be too bad.<br /><br />I have to agree about being an LT not being bad. Everyone expects you to know NOTHING. When you do know something people are amazed.<br /><br />I think the Job and who you work with and for more than the rank would be what I would look at. E-4s are generally good at their job and they are left alone to do it. Additionally, E-4s never have to go meetings or write reports. They just get to do the job.
