If you&#39;re the perpetrator, pray your victim doesn&#39;t, lol. Yes, there is no double jepordy in the military. If the individual is convicted by a civilian criminal court and sentenced to confinement, he/she could be given an administrative discharge (General OTH). Civil court results (lawsuit) don&#39;t necessarily call for separation. 1SG Charles Hunter Mon, 02 Apr 2018 10:26:30 -0400 2018-04-02T10:26:30-04:00 Response by SPC Joseph Casares made Apr 2 at 2018 10:37 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/if-a-soldier-is-involved-in-a-civil-court-matter-involving-theft-breach-of-contract-and-loss-and-damages-to-a-business-what-could-happen?n=3505114&urlhash=3505114 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ok thanks and the soldier is my wife I&#39;m a vet so i kinda remember how it works we are now starting a divorce and she abandoned me and our 3 kids keeping all of the pay for the past 2 months and she just broke a legal contract that was even Notarized my mom was leasing her horse she had her friend steal the horse from my mom, her business just suffered financial loss because the horse was taken she lost students because the students refuse to use any other horse because some kids learn better on one horse than another.
