If the individual is convicted by a civilian criminal court and sentenced to confinement, he/she could be given an administrative discharge (General OTH). Civil court results (lawsuit) don&#39;t necessarily call for separation. Response by 1SG Charles Hunter made Apr 2 at 2018 10:26 AM 2018-04-02T10:26:30-04:00 2018-04-02T10:26:30-04:00 SPC Joseph Casares 3505114 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ok thanks and the soldier is my wife I&#39;m a vet so i kinda remember how it works we are now starting a divorce and she abandoned me and our 3 kids keeping all of the pay for the past 2 months and she just broke a legal contract that was even Notarized my mom was leasing her horse she had her friend steal the horse from my mom, her business just suffered financial loss because the horse was taken she lost students because the students refuse to use any other horse because some kids learn better on one horse than another. The loss of income to her staff cause its one less horse she could of used to teach kids how to ride on. This is getting ugly fast I even asked for counciling to fix the marriage and she refuses and she hasn&#39;t even asked how the kids are in over a month. We have no income because she has taken it all and haven&#39;t seen anything in our joint account in 2 months I&#39;ve been staying afloat by using my va disability she is at basic training and is a security hold over.
