The one I used there was locked and it was a major headache to get it updated after we changed to one standard for the sit-ups. I had to copy everything into a new workbook and basically start over. Now there are some great websites that can teach you how to program excel sheets. Get cracking SPC and tell the family to put your dinner in the microwave because you won't be home anytime soon. Good luck. Talk to your 42As and see if they can provide you a AAA-162 on digits and just recreate the spreadsheet. The 162 on digits should be an excel that you can manipulate. DTMS isn't much better for usability but it will store and maintain that data and maintain a record of it while making the info accessible to the leadership as well and really the army is pushing towards mandatory use of DMTS anyway. It even breaks down scores by average per squad so you can see which platoons/squads are performing better on the metrics. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 07 Jul 2016 17:33:38 -0400 2016-07-07T17:33:38-04:00 Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 10 at 2016 1:58 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/i-was-wondering-if-anyone-out-there-on-rallypoint-utilizes-excel-in-tracking-apft-and-weapons-qualification?n=1704544&urlhash=1704544 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Doesn't the military already utilize a newish system (5+ years old) to track everything to do with a soldier including POC information.it also generates excel spreadsheet reports. I would look into that system perhaps S1 can point you in the right direction SGT Private RallyPoint Member Sun, 10 Jul 2016 13:58:53 -0400 2016-07-10T13:58:53-04:00 2016-07-06T17:25:41-04:00
