I was recently awarded a bronze leaf for one my ribbons. Am I required to wear it?

An oak leaf cluster for a subsequent award? somebody took time to put you in for that decoration, recommend you wear it properly out of respect for that effort.

Soldiers may choose to wear whatever awards they are authorized, or not, unless otherwise directed by a he commander to wear all awards and decorations.

I imagine not wearing it in your official photo or in person will count against you in a selection board situation. It is a non starter in the he Army.
