Basically you have to prove that whatever the disqualifying condition was for your discharge no longer exists. You will need to provide all medical treatment records on the condition, to include a current status from your own doctor. If it was OW, then you have to pass ht, wt, and BF. If you are still OW, then lose it before you talk to a recruiter. Walking into a recruiting office fat trying to get back after getting kicked out for being fat is not going to get you anywhere.Response by SFC J Fullerton made Mar 8 at 2018 4:27 PM2018-03-08T16:27:01-05:002018-03-08T16:27:01-05:00LCpl Shane Couch3428075<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>JFW - Erroneous enlistment; Medical condition disqualifying for military service, with no medical waiver approved.Response by LCpl Shane Couch made Mar 8 at 2018 5:23 PM2018-03-08T17:23:08-05:002018-03-08T17:23:08-05:001SG Jeremy Evans3428322<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I will just be completely honest with you Ryan, as a former recruiter I had dozens of overweight prospects that would say they "planned" on dropping weight. I would ask them, “What have you done today to start your plan?” I only ever had a handful make any meaningful progress. As for your waiver process, work on the disqualification that you have control over first, that being your weight. Then heed the advice you were previously given and review your situation with a current recruiter. Keep in mind, the likelihood of them starting a waiver review with you before meeting body fat is low.Response by 1SG Jeremy Evans made Mar 8 at 2018 6:32 PM2018-03-08T18:32:17-05:002018-03-08T18:32:17-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member3428853<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What are you bringing to the table for the Army to let you back in?Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 8 at 2018 9:28 PM2018-03-08T21:28:21-05:002018-03-08T21:28:21-05:00LCpl Russell Wallace3430648<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>HAAAAAAAAAAAAhahahahahahahahahaResponse by LCpl Russell Wallace made Mar 9 at 2018 12:11 PM2018-03-09T12:11:24-05:002018-03-09T12:11:24-05:00SGT Eric Davis3430848<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You ask this question before and the answer is yes call a recruiter now usResponse by SGT Eric Davis made Mar 9 at 2018 1:18 PM2018-03-09T13:18:20-05:002018-03-09T13:18:20-05:00CWO3 Private RallyPoint Member3440015<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>RE3 just means waiver required.
