I was DA Selected to be a recruiter and I do not meet the requirements for remaining TIS. I do not plan to re-enlist or extend. What do I do?

First of all, talk to your Battalion Retention NCO. He or she will give you a good answer on this. If it were me, I would plan on submitting a deletion request, or possibly a DCSS. But get with your Retention NCO for the right answer.

You may have to submit for a deletion of orders and/or sign a declination statement. I recommend you contact your Retention NCO to see what they say and get the ball rolling.

if your not planning on extension or re enlistment why continue or even ask this, sounds like your mind is made up, you either re enlist or get out, the question I have for you is what do you want

Sign your dec statement and take your bar to re-enlistment and get out with an RE-3. If you don't want to make the Army your career, makes no difference.
