A Soldier’s Regimental affiliation using an RDI is based on a Soldier’s branch/corps/special
branch, as determined by PMOS or specialty. Soldiers may wear the RDI for their affiliated regiment or they may be
approved to wear the DUI for a unit in which they are serving or previously served successfully.

21-23 also says the same thing, but 21-24 is a bit clearer.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 12 at 2018 8:52 PM2018-06-12T20:52:36-04:002018-06-12T20:52:36-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member3714085

Yeah no enjoy your blue cord and don’t wear your ordnance bomb or your battles will call you a POG.
