SPC Private RallyPoint Member1463285<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My rewnlistnebt window is opening up and I'm looking into reclassing to 35P. I meet all requirements except the one for immediate family residing outside of the US. Some of my immediate family reside in the states as green card holders, and the other live in Mexico with Mexican citizenship and 1 with us citizenship. Is this a disqualifying factor? Are there immediate family waivers? Are there 35P recruiters I can talk to? Thank you!I want to Reclass to 35P. I meet all requirements, except 1. I have immediate family that are Mexican citizen/resident. Is it waiverable?2016-04-19T11:34:53-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member1463285<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My rewnlistnebt window is opening up and I'm looking into reclassing to 35P. I've met people in your situation who are qualified, but I can't speak as to whether what, or if that would disqualify you, but you won't know if you can make it unless you try.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 19 at 2016 11:39 AM2016-04-19T11:39:24-04:002016-04-19T11:39:24-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1463431<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>go to the HRC website and look for the branch manager for 35P. The real question is WILL they waiver this for you, and for that answer, there is a LOT of details that are not in the question. They will ask about them during your TS interview. The concerns about foreign relatives is that they will influence you in regards to maintaining TS information. They WILL be investigated. As long as they don't have any criminal or intelligence ties to Mexico, you should be okay.Response by LTC Paul Labrador made Jun 13 at 2016 1:16 PM2016-06-13T13:16:09-04:002016-06-13T13:16:09-04:002016-04-19T11:34:53-04:00
