I want to ETS but I signed a paper saying I would re-enlist. do I have to sign another paper saying I want to ETS?

SPC Private RallyPoint Member what exactly did you sign? Was that piece of paper an extension or reenlistment contract? 12 month subscription to Vibe?

A paper saying you'll re-enlist doesn't sound like an actual re-enlistment. SFC Private RallyPoint Member may be able to shed some light on this.

Until you raise your hand and take the oath, then sign, you haven't reenlisted. So just ETS.
