Was on it with an active TS SCI clearance in the last 6 months of active duty. I got absolutely diddly squat from being on this site. It pings me everyday to change my profile. Change it to what? If m qualifications and preferences don't change then WTF do I need to change it for?

Hi, Jason: I'm actually a professional in cleared Talent Acquisition and while I'm researching Cleared Jobs, I have extensive experience using Clearance Jobs... Not sure yet how Cleared Jobs works (I've requested a demo tomorrow), but I can tell you that many recruiters limit their searches to candidates who have recently updated their profile. Having a profile that has not been updated or reviewed recently can indicate to many recruiters that you are no longer available given the current job market. I personally will reach out regardless of the time frame if you have the skill I'm requiring, because I believe everyone is a candidate all of the time and can be available if the opportunity/salary are right...but many recruiters are not as tenacious and limit their searches to candidates who have updated their profile in the last 30 to 90 days. Although every day is a little much, logging in occasionally will keep you profile more highly viewed and perhaps generate more interest in your resume. Hope that helps!
