I understand there has been a 30% Selective Early Retirement across Army O5/O6. How does one get in contact with those to help?

These individuals are likely a few years over 20 earning in excess of 50% of their base pay. In most cases over 25 years on Active Duty. Likely by exception, they all have at least a Masters Degree and a skill set that will replicate their active duty pay.

They have been preparing for this, and many have few months of saved vacation as well.

I think they'll be OK as a population
