There is a copy of it at your CQ desk. It depends on your unit. In Korea the soldiers were only allowed to lock it to a bike rack. A work order could be put in for a bike rack. Ask your barracks manager. Also drop a note in the unit comments/ suggestions box. (If they have one!) <br />If your referring to another type of housing, you will have to seek out your housing or apartment manager for that answer.
