When asked about my bonus, my new Nco told me it had something to do with a &quot;monitor fail rule&quot;. I just want a timeframe on my money. Obviously with permission from your chain of command. <br /><br />Find your enlistment forms which your affiliation bonus addendum would be and resubmit it to your accessions and strength manager. That person is usually an E-5-6 but your readiness NCO can help as well. Yes the systems were down as mentioned and the transition to IPPS-A hasn’t helped be patient.
