I recently enlisted with the Army (31B) right after I got out of the Navy. Can I wear my medals and warfare pin in the Army?

look at ar 670-1 It will tell you what you can wear and the order that you will wear it. It will be a little different and some will it depends on the medal so go do your homework.

DA Pam 670-1 22-5, "Personnel may
wear service medals and service and training ribbons awarded by other U.S. Services on the Army uniform, except for
the Air Force Longevity Service Award ribbon and Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard marksmanship medals and
ribbons. Personnel will wear service and training medals and ribbons awarded by other U.S. Services after U.S. Army
service and training ribbons, and before foreign awards."

The entire section of 22-5 will shows line for line the authorized awards for interservice.

The wear of your warfare pin win will not be authorized, unless you were Navy EOD or NSW. In those cases certain Army devices would be authorized such as Airborne / Air Assault / EOD.

You can wear just about everything that your prior service awarded you - however somethings don't cross over. Check AR 670-1 and DA PAM 670-1 for accuracy. Chances are you won't have any issues. In my case there were a few USAF badges and ribbons that didn't follow me over but such is life.

As long as they are on your ERB. I was in the marines and acquired a navy battle e. They let me wear it

Yes. As long as you earned it you. I was in BNOC and there was a Sgt that had one. They tried to make him take it off, but he earned it and he didn't have to take it off.
