I received constructive credit for ANCOC Ph2 in June 2000. Why today does the Army Reserve think this does not count? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/i-received-constructive-credit-for-ancoc-ph2-in-june-2000-why-today-does-the-army-reserve-think-this-does-not-count <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Back in June 2000 I received &quot;constructive credit&quot; for ANCOC Ph2. The situation that I was in and the regulation NGR AR 600-200 (dated March 1997) was used and I was promoted and life went on. Now what happened to what is real close to 20 years ago, the Reserves wants to say that my &quot;constructive credit&quot; doesn&#39;t count. I only have received a verbal that it doesn&#39;t which by today&#39;s regulation I would guess so. But I know as most know when regulations change what was done previously is &quot;grandfathered&quot; so not to penalize soldiers for changes. In addition, no body has been able to tell me any Army Reserve regulation that says it can &quot;ignore&quot; what happened 20 years ago. They don&#39;t like it because on the ATRRS it shows me as a non-graduate as it should since my constructive credit was an admin action and not a schoolhouse action. This is really been a pain in the you know what. I mean it&#39;s like they they think they have a &quot;say so&quot; on what happened by regulation 20 years ago. What do you think? Also, who are &quot;they&quot;? There is no &quot;they&quot; in the Army, it&#39;s always a person speaking on behalf of an organization or department.
