SFC Private RallyPoint Member5736400<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Back in June 2000 I received "constructive credit" for ANCOC Ph2. The situation that I was in and the regulation NGR AR 600-200 (dated March 1997) was used and I was promoted and life went on. Now what happened to what is real close to 20 years ago, the Reserves wants to say that my "constructive credit" doesn't count. I only have received a verbal that it doesn't which by today's regulation I would guess so. But I know as most know when regulations change what was done previously is "grandfathered" so not to penalize soldiers for changes. In addition, no body has been able to tell me any Army Reserve regulation that says it can "ignore" what happened 20 years ago. They don't like it because on the ATRRS it shows me as a non-graduate as it should since my constructive credit was an admin action and not a schoolhouse action. This is really been a pain in the you know what. I mean it's like they they think they have a "say so" on what happened by regulation 20 years ago. What do you think?I received constructive credit for ANCOC Ph2 in June 2000. Why today does the Army Reserve think this does not count?2020-04-03T15:20:12-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member5736400<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Back in June 2000 I received "constructive credit" for ANCOC Ph2. Also, who are "they"? There is no "they" in the Army, it's always a person speaking on behalf of an organization or department.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 3 at 2020 9:40 PM2020-04-03T21:40:13-04:002020-04-03T21:40:13-04:002020-04-03T15:20:12-04:00
